Method:

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta as the instruction of the packet says or until it’s al dente or “to the teeth.”

Meanwhile, heat the oil over medium heat. Then, add the garlic and stir it until you smell the delicious garlicky fragrance. Add the tomatoes and simmer it for fifteen minutes.

One pound of any long dried pasta

One -third cup of virgin Olive oil

Two finely chopped Anchovies

Two crushed Garlic Cloves

One-fourth tablespoon of Parsley

One tablespoon of red chili flakes

Method

You will need to cook the pasta as per the instruction on the packet says. And, in the meantime, cook the sauce by heating the oil on medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook it until fragrant then, add the anchovies and stir it until they are melted.
