  • Salt 
  • Meat (preferably Bacon) – 4 oz
  • Parmesan – 2 oz
  • Four large egg yolks
  • Eggs
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Pasta – 1 lb

Heat water in a large pot and add salt. As the water boils, cut the meat into beautiful cubes. Grate the cheese and set it aside. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl and add the cheese along with pepper. Take a new pan and cook the meat until it’s crisp. Set it aside. Boil pasta and scoop out the desired amount. Cook the pasta and add the egg mixture, then meat. Later add cheese and serve!

Bolognese – Summer Pasta Sauce

  • Kosher salt
  • An onion
  • Garlic- 4
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato paste – 1oz.
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Vodka – 2oz
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • Rigatoni 1lb
  • Basil leaves

Start by boiling a pot of water and add salt. Finely chop an onion and smash the garlic. Grate the cheese. Now, add the onion, garlic, and begin cooking. Proceed to put the tomato paste and pepper flakes. Stir the entire mix till it turns brown. Add vodka pasta sauce! Do not forget the heavy cream; continue mixing. Boil the pasta and dent it into the mix and top it with cheese! 

White Pesto Pasta Sauce

An easy hassle-free process! The ingredients required are – 

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh ricotta 4oz
  • Lemon
  • One garlic clove
  • Chopped oregano
  • Grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Rod-shaped pasta 

Preheat your oven to 350° to toast walnuts. Boil a pot of water and add pasta with salt: mix walnuts, ricotta, lemon zest, and Parmesan in a bowl to form the pasta sauce. Stir the mix to blend in well and season the pesto with salt and pepper. Now, remove the pasta and add it to the pasta sauce! Blend in well and add more cheese if required!

Pick those required ingredients – 

  • Six anchovy fillets
  • Four garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Walnuts
  • Tomato paste
  • Fresno chiles- 2
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz. finely grated Parmesan
  • Kosher salt
  • Spaghetti 1lb
  • Unsalted butter

Add anchovies, garlic, oil, and walnuts in a small saucepan and cook until golden. Now, add some tomato paste and continue cooking — Cook pasta in a pot. Now combine the Walnut mix with lemon juice, chiles, and Parmesan. Beat until the thick pasta sauce is ready! Drain the pasta into a bowl and add the pasta sauce. Mix gently and add butter! Your pasta is ready!
