How to Make Pasta At Home?

Things you will need 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour. Kosher salt, 4 large eggs.
Step 1- First, on a clean, sturdy surface, mound flour. Second, make a perfect well in the center through the bottom of a measuring cup. Finally, our eggs in that well and whisk them with the help of a fork. Now slowly start mixing the flour from the edges.
Step 2- Once the flour is mixed, knead it with hands. The dough should be smooth and non-sticky. If the dough is dry add one more egg.
Step 3- After 8 minutes of kneading, wrap it in a plastic sheet and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 4- Remove plastic and cut the dough in 8 pieces.
Step 5- With some dry flour roll a single piece. Fold the top third down, then the bottom third over it. Now, take the piece and roll again until the dough is thin.
Step 6- Fold again in the same way and cut into the desired shape. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 7- In a large pot, bring the water to boil. Add the pasta with a bit of salt. Cook it for good 2-3 minutes or until perfectly done. Now leave it in water for a few seconds and drain out the water. You can use this water to make a sauce also. Finally, the pasta is ready to serve with any of your favorite toppings and sauces.
